Booking Policy

Our lodge is open from April until October.

No bookings are made for less than two nights and all balances must be paid within two weeks of booking or your time slot will be reopened. If you’re making a last minute booking (arriving in under two weeks) fees are due ASAP. No deposits are taken to “hold” or “reserve” lodges but full credit is offered on rebooking for up to one year in case of cancellation. However, no refunds are offered in the event of cancellation if you don’t rebook, unless your time slot can be refilled.

Separate cheques for damage deposits of $ 150.00 per lodge in self addressed stamped envelopes must be included with rental fees and will be returned by mail within 3 days of departure if all in order. On arrival the signing of a registration and waiver form is also required.

People under 21 who make bookings must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Arrival time is after 3:00 p.m. and departure is by 11:00a.m. No early arrivals or late departures please. Pets are welcome but dogs must be kept on leashes; steel corral stabling is provided for horses. No smoking is allowed inside lodges but there are ashtrays on every outside deck at every lodge. (Damage deposits will be revoked if you do smoke inside lodges.)

Our lodge is reserved for registered guests only. Due to new restrictive insurance policies visitors of guests must register, pay the fees and sign waivers.

If you’re planning a longer stay or a large gathering we’d advise you to “look before you book” to be certain we are what you want in a rustic country lodge. Please do not request an early arrival or late departure in peak season. and do not exceeded stipulated maximum numbers for any given lodge; insurance does not allow for it For large groups such as weddings, reunions, conferences, extra camp sites adjacent to the lodge may be arranged but registrations and waivers must still be signed.
